Harambee Rwanda plays an active role in the GBS sector by driving initiatives that create significant job opportunities for young people. Our primary focus is on identifying and addressing skills gaps and empowering youth to access opportunities with GBS companies both locally and internationally.

Through our partnership with the Rwanda GBS Growth Initiative, we collaborate with a diverse range of companies within the GBS sector to foster growth. By leveraging private-sector collaborations, we curate work readiness training materials tailored to the Rwandan market.

Launched in 2023, the Rwanda Global Business Services (GBS) Growth Initiative is a dynamic platform designed to foster the growth of the GBS sector. The initiative aims to advocate for the industry’s needs, nurture skills and talent development, and contribute to Rwanda’s collective goal of achieving sustainable, social, and just development.

Additionally, we work with educational institutions and youth-focused organizations to institutionalize our services, expanding our reach to a broader youth demographic.
