About the programme
Empower middle managers to succeed in Africa’s growing hospitality and tourism sector. Boost the leadership of supervisors and managers in the hospitality and tourism sector through a 6-month management development programme.
This programme is currently being rolled out to thousands of young managers in Rwanda with support from the Mastercard Foundation and in partnership with leading companies, including the Radisson Group.
