Vatel Recognition of Prior Learning Program
Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School Rwanda is offering a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program. The RPL program is an approach that offers an opportunity for hotel professionals to obtain a degree in recognition of professional experience and personal skills without having to follow the entire course. The RPL courses will focus on various content areas such as mastering supervision and management techniques, management & accounting, human resources etc. These will be taught face-to-face with a Vatel instructor. Courses will be offered according to the identified skills gaps based on work experience, thus the duration of the course will differ.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Must be within the ages of 17-35.
- Must be employed within the hospitality and tourism industry and currently holding a position at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Commitment to complete the course
